Residents of the Caribbean island of Montserrat call one of their edible frog species mountain chicken, but this edible amphibian is now endangered, conservationists say.

Shem...I bet you would enjoy plus this is a meal rich in protein. Think about all the steroids now being pumped into chicken...the mountain frog may very well be a healthier alternative...

They have become endangered because they taste so good to the natives. Imagine calling a frog a chicken, i don't know how they arrive at that.
